This body of work was also used for live visuals for DJ Sets during the Underverket Festival.

CONCEPT
"Escapismo" is an immersive and subtly disorienting live audiovisual installation, inviting viewers to explore the blurred edges of memory and imagination.

This work is a tangled reflection of the human mind's instinct to reshape life events
and memories into romanticized, almost elusive versions we long to revisit.

The installation delves into the fractured nature of human experience,
using submerged sounds and ephemeral visuals to mirror the psyche's inner workings.


With "Escapismo" I would like to invite visitors to lose yourself in the space,
questioning the boundaries between reality and the narratives we create,
and prompting a deep introspection that lingers long after the experience fades.

Thanks to Värmeverket team for creating the space for me to stage this performance and Luliya Msfn for the footage.


This installation is currently being developed into a performative act by the artist CHUFI, it contain video, projection and audio elements.

TECHNICALITIES
This project was made using TouchDesigner + After Effects and MadMapper.
