ABLETON LIVE SESSIONS

In April 2026, I produced and hosted a full-day program of Ableton Live sessions and hands-on workshops in Stockholm, developed in collaboration with Ableton. The event brought together music producers, artists, and curious newcomers to explore contemporary approaches to music creation through performance, experimentation, and collaborative learning.

The program focused on expanding creative workflows with Ableton Live, introducing participants to new production techniques, the Ableton Move hardware, and the latest instruments, effects, and creative tools. Rather than emphasizing technical mastery alone, the sessions encouraged playful experimentation and new ways of thinking about composition, performance, and sound design.

The day featured three core sessions:

• Speculative Sound Worlds – An exploration of imaginative sound design and experimental composition, encouraging participants to create sonic environments beyond conventional genres and workflows.
• Learning with Move – A practical workshop introducing Ableton Move as a portable instrument for sketching ideas, composing, and performing, demonstrating how mobility can reshape the creative process.
• Listening Party – A shared listening session where artists presented works in progress, exchanged feedback, and discussed creative processes, fostering dialogue and community among participants.

The event created a space for knowledge-sharing, experimentation, and connection, bringing together producers of all experience levels to discover new creative possibilities with Ableton's evolving ecosystem.
