BEHIND THE SCENES_SVT SHOWCASE

Stil Vor Talent, DJ’s and artists participates annually in showcase exhbitions and it’s always present in the eletronic music club scene.
I had the opportunity to art direct and create visuals for their next showcases.
SVT is a strong electronic music in Berlin founded by Oliver Koletzki & Slawjana.
CONCEPT: HIGH-ENERGY / DARK / LIVE / COMMUNITY-BASED/FUTURISTIC
The concept was based on the label’s aesthetics, and electronic music genres, as well as the community feeling of the team behind the label and their constant discussions on the future of electronic music.
For the one-hour-long showcase, simplicity meets sophistication. I balanced between simple and complex 3D renders that could be seamlessly composited into After Effects.
Being able to export renders with AOVs (Arbitrary Output Variables) was key to play with lighting and inject dynamic elements to the show.
For this project Texture adds depth and character to the visuals. I explored textures that evoke an edgy, industrial feel, perfectly complementing the futuristic concept.
